Why Mesh8 exists
Construction software was built for the biggest general contractors — long contracts, per-seat pricing, months of setup. Everyone else runs the business on spreadsheets, texted photos, and gut feel, and finds out weeks after a job closes whether it actually made money.
Mesh8 closes that gap with one loop, one login: break the job into phases, assign the crew day by day, watch labor costs land as they happen, and get the invoice out the door. The office sees the numbers; the field needs two taps.
Who it’s for

How we build
- Field-first. If it can’t be done from a phone on a jobsite in a couple of taps, it isn’t done.
- Flat pricing, never per-seat. Growing your crew should never grow your software bill.
- Your data is yours. Get a full export whenever you ask, and cancel online — no phone call required. It’s in our Terms, not just our marketing.
- Depth over bloat. Every feature has to earn its place in the money loop — phases, crew, costs, invoices. No module sprawl.
A small studio, on purpose
Mesh8 is made by Claremont Labs, an independent, bootstrapped software studio. No investors, no sales quotas, no support tiers. The people building the product read every support email, and the roadmap comes from the crews using it — small on purpose, like a lot of the best businesses in the trades.
